Ich suche am liebsten ab Mitte Januar oder auch 1. Februar für ein halbes Jahr oder kürzer eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner (Nichtraucher:in, auch Wochenendpendler:in, gerne ab ca. 30J.).

Ich selbst bin dann im Sabbatjahr und daher viel unterwegs, so dass du die Wohnung öfter auch alleine bewohnen würdest.

Die schöne 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung (81qm) im Flüsseviertel in der Neustadt liegt im ersten Stock in ruhiger Lage.
Das ruhige und helle Zimmer ist 22qm groß, möbliert und hat einen Holzboden. Es schließt sich eine schöne Dachterrasse an. Das Duschbad und die gemütliche Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine nutzen wir gemeinsam. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller. Eine Fahrradgarage ist vorhanden.

Es gibt eine gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Straßenbahnlinien 1, 6 (zur Uni) und 14 und die Buslinien 26 und 27 halten ganz in der Nähe.

Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 500,- Euro + NK (für Strom/Gas) und ich hätte gerne zwei MM Kaution.

I will be on a sabbatical and therefore travel a lot, so you would often have the apartment to yourself.

The beautiful 3-room apartment (81 square meters) in an old building in the Flüsseviertel neighborhood in Neustadt is located on the first floor in a quiet location.
The and bright room is 22 square meters, furnished, and has wooden floors. It has access to a beautiful roof terrace. We share the shower bathroom and the cozy kitchen with dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the basement. A bicycle garage is available.

There are good public transport connections. Tram lines 1, 6 (to the university) and 8 and bus lines 26 and 27 stop nearby.

The rent for the room is €500 + utilities (for electricity/gas) and I would like a deposit of two months' rent.
