The flat has a toilet in the bathroom and a separate toilet, see pics.
The room is furnished with bed, Table, chairs, lamps, wardrobe closets.
The language is english as 2 tenants, mostly students are from India and 2 from Pakistan, all male currently.
There are 11 apartments in the house and this one is on top of a greek restaurant.
In the basement there is a public storage for bicycles as well as a private storage room.

The house is at Woltmershauser Str. 261, the bus #24 stop Rechtenflether Str. is 2 minutes away from the bulding. To the Hochschule it takes 10 minutes, city center 15, university 40 minutes away.
Supermarkets, banks, post office are all within walking distance.
The green bank of river Weser is 5 minutes away.

I am Markus, the owner of the building and landlord. I love to have international guests, who are interested in sharing their own culture. I am assisting the leaving tenant in finding a sucessor. I would like You to meet all other tenants and get approval by them, since I love a harmonical way in my apartments.
The rent of 330€ includes everything except radio tax, which is shared by all tenants.
Wifi is available and included.
Your room will be number 2 of the right side of apartment number 4. I don't have any pictures of the room form the leaving tenant yet.
