WG-Leben

Ich bin 33 Jahre alt (he/him) und habe diese Wohnung im September 2024 bezogen. Nach über einem Jahr des Alleinwohnens habe ich mich entschieden, nach dir zu suchen, um den steigenden Kosten entgegenzuwirken und die Wohnung noch gemütlicher zu gestalten.

Ich bin berufstätig und tagsüber meistens nicht zu Hause, aber abends bin ich oft da, es sei denn, ich bin beim Sport, treffe Freunde oder widme mich meinen Hobbys. Neben dem Kochen, das ich sehr gerne tue, musiziere ich auch gerne zu Hause. Ich habe mir vor Kurzem ein Klavier angeschafft und würde mich außerdem gerne wieder an das Trompeten wagen.

Das WG-Leben hier ist ruhig und geordnet. Wir legen großen Wert auf ein harmonisches Miteinander, Sauberkeit und Gründlichkeit. Unser Zuhause soll ein Ort der Ruhe und des Wohlfühlens sein.

I’m 33 years old (he/him) and moved into this apartment in September 2024. After living here alone for over a year, I’ve decided to look for a flatmate to help balance the rising costs and to make the place feel even more like a home.

I work full-time and am usually out during the day, but I’m often home in the evenings—unless I’m doing sports, meeting friends, or spending time on my hobbies. Besides cooking, which I really enjoy, I also like making music at home. I recently got myself a piano and would also love to pick up playing the trumpet again.

Life in this shared flat is calm and well-organized. We value a harmonious way of living together, cleanliness, and being considerate of one another. Our home is meant to be a place of retreat and comfort.

Sonstiges

Umbau des Gäste- bzw. Ankleidezimmers in ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer (Bild 4)

Im Rahmen des Umzugs wird das derzeitige Gäste- bzw. Ankleidezimmer, das auch als Pianozimmer genutzt wird, in ein gemütliches gemeinsames Wohnzimmer umgewandelt. So schaffen wir eine offene und einladende Wohnfläche, die das Zusammenleben noch angenehmer macht.
